Ann returned to Bain to lead Future Back Ventures after spending the last 15 years in the start-up ecosystem. She spent her AC/SAC years at Bain NYC before heading off for business school where she caught the start-up bug.
Ann co-founded and launched Wello, a first of its kind fitness technology company, after graduating from the GSB. As co-CEO, Ann led engineering, product and operations and, together with her co-founder, raised capital from both angels and established VCs. Wello was acquired by Weight Watchers (WW) after successfully creating a new market. Ann spent the following 4 years at WW running digital product and leading the newly-established SF office.
After leaving WW, Ann spent her time consulting across a range of start-ups and large companies like Fitbit and Samsung Next. Her time as an angel investor, mentor and advisor to start-ups was what led her to return to Bain to lead Future Back Ventures. She knows how valuable Bain would have been in her entrepreneurial journey and that of her entrepreneurial Bain friends.
Ann is a proud graduate of Dartmouth College and Stanford Graduate School of Business. In her free time, you’ll find her seeking out opportunities to pass her love of nature, sport and adventure on to her 3 daughters.
